Compensation Manager
Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS) seeks a skilled Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive compensation program.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably specializing in Human Resources studies, and a proven track record of managing compensation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, motivate, and reward staff.
- Manage the compensation team, including recruitment, hiring, and engagement.
- Ensure up-to-date job documentation and accurate salary ranges based on market data.
- Analyze market survey data and recommend grade and structure changes.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal programs.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
