Compensation Manager

Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS) seeks a skilled Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive compensation program.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably specializing in Human Resources studies, and a proven track record of managing compensation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, motivate, and reward staff.
  • Manage the compensation team, including recruitment, hiring, and engagement.
  • Ensure up-to-date job documentation and accurate salary ranges based on market data.
  • Analyze market survey data and recommend grade and structure changes.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
