Role Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity and profitability of our contracted programs across multiple distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Guide Management: Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes, resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead inventory and maximize return on investment.
  • Distributor Collaboration: Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off-order guide sales.
  • Data Analysis: Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or category development desired.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer) required; strong Excel skills required and database experience preferred.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and customer relationship skills; experience meeting stated timelines and deadlines; collaborative mindset and strong integrity.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
