Job Summary

As a Team Manager, you will supervise full-time/part-time employees who interact with our patients and customers in person and via various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include creating a positive team atmosphere, setting clear goals, motivating team members, and resolving any issues or conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage creativity and suggest team-building activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team performance.
  • Perform quality checks on individual work performance and provide coaching.
  • Ensure team members complete order processing using current tools, processes, and technology.
  • Oversee engagement of patients and referral sources in order status and ensure timely follow-up as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all direct reports of the department and be responsible for their performance management, hiring, and discipline.
  • Provide direction and guidance in work assignments and ensure work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
