Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Expert will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of API and web services technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
