Job Overview

Cato Networks is a leading innovator in the enterprise networking and security space. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Leadership Position candidate to drive sales performance and revenue growth in the New England region.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work remotely from a home office and report directly to our AVP Sales, Northeast. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the New England region.
  • Sales Team Management: Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quota targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.
  • Market Development: Foster and maintain key relationships with existing and potential partners to develop the New England US market.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: A strong leadership track record, with a minimum of 10 years of field and remote sales experience, and a proven ability to consistently overachieve quotas.
  • Networking and Security Solutions: Extensive experience selling Networking and Security solutions in a highly competitive market, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Enterprise Experience: Proven success in selling to C-Level and Technical buyers in the enterprise space.
  • Team Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an individual contributor sales team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development within our rapidly expanding organization.
