Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Current Health solutions among pharmaceutical companies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience selling digital, clinical technology solutions to pharmaceutical companies. Prior experience in a CRO, pharma-focused technology company, or a pharmaceutical company is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to travel up to 50%.

This role requires extensive relationships in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on national averages for a Sales Director in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and managing a customer sales funnel
  • Aadopting and owning the Current Health Selling process
  • Driving over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance by identifying customer needs and building business plans
