**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Director to join our team at Summit Place of Kings Mountain.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing. A college degree is preferred, and previous experience working with the elderly or disabled is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Codes and submits community sales department invoices for processing and payment.
  • Manages the department budget, including labor and other expenses, to ensure the community's bottom line is optimized.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Provides detailed weekly and monthly sales and marketing productivity reports to the Executive Director and Phoenix senior operations team.
  • Completes marketing action plans on a timely basis each month.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality regarding residents, employees, staff, and the community.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, complete assignments in a timely manner, and manage multiple duties and responsibilities.

**Compensation and Benefits:*

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
