Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to all email inquiries and purchase orders promptly.
- Input and categorize all purchase orders for the designated sales territory.
- Maintain an organized voicemail system.
- Collaborate with team members to balance departmental workload.
- Process product return authorizations and ensure proper documentation.
- Support inside sales efforts for Regional Managers.
- Provide accurate information regarding product pricing and availability.
- Distribute tracking information for shipments as necessary.
- Document service repair requests for the service department.
- Prepare credit adjustments for billing discrepancies.
- Stay updated on product changes and specifications.
- Guide end-users to local dealers as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with the company website for effective navigation.
- Manage a dedicated email account for purchase orders.
- Prepare export documentation for international orders.
- Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
