**Job Overview**
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role will involve interacting with clients, responding to inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Assist clients in connecting with their attorneys and case managers using our electronic case management system, Neos
- Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipients
- Cover the reception desk when necessary
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- Benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
