Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex technical repairs and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computerized systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, install new parts, execute equipment overhauls, and test repaired equipment.
  • Maintain records in the computerized maintenance system and complete written work orders as assigned.
  • Conduct daily facility walk-thru inspections, identifying and resolving issues immediately.
  • Assist mechanics as needed and maintain cleanliness and safety of the maintenance shop and yard.
  • Perform maintenance detail work at the Rialto warehouse as needed and complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance or a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • GMP/HACCP Certificate (in-house), sit-down and stand-up forklift certified, boom/scissor lift certified.
