UnCruise Adventures is in search of a remarkable **Expedition Leader** to enhance our team and provide an unforgettable adventure experience. In this role, you will oversee all onboard activities and off-vessel excursions, lead a team of Expedition Guides, and prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If you possess a love for exploration, strong leadership abilities, and a background in environmental sciences or similar fields, this position may be ideal for you.

Position Overview:
  • Oversee onboard activities and off-vessel excursions
  • Lead and mentor a team of Expedition Guides
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests
  • Communicate effectively with both guests and crew members
Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in team leadership
  • Proven experience guiding guests in outdoor activities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the small ship cruise sector is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities and excursions
