  • Learn and utilize various channels and systems to perform member transactions, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Utilize resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Inform your manager of member needs and preferences regarding our products and services.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new systems, channels, and technologies.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of credit union records and sensitive member information.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution or related industry.
