About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of previous customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, they should have a strong propensity for detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, assign, and process daily mail
  • Review, follow-up, notate, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner within compliance and investor guidelines
  • Ensure adequate phone coverage in the department at all times
  • Comply with bank, regulatory, and investor requirements regarding all functions of the Customer Relations Department
  • Report to the Customer Relations Manager and assist other Customer Relations Specialists, management, and/or other departments as needed
  • Review and complete requests for customers, including but not limited to PMI/MIP deletions, escrow deletions, interest calculations, and escrow analysis

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with immediate vesting, tuition reimbursement, and gym membership reimbursement. Part-time employees qualify for 401(k) with immediate vesting, tuition reimbursement, and gym reimbursement.

Schedule Information: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
