Pediatrician Opportunity

The Inline Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatrician to join our team in the Canton, OH area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our pediatric office, open to Family Medicine candidates.

We are offering up to $210,000 based on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, generous PTO plan, 401k with company match, life insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, CME reimbursement, and loan forgiveness plans available through the state of Ohio.

This role will involve providing clinical leadership and supervision for clinical staff, holding monthly clinical staff meetings and daily huddles, participating in medical training activities for affiliated residency programs, and being responsible for the medical program designed to maintain and improve the health of infants, children, and adolescents. We use MicroMD EMR system in our clinic.

About this Role:
As a Pediatrician at The Inline Group, you will be part of a passionate care team including another Pediatrician, Pediatric NP, MAs, and RNs. You will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Our goal is to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development for our team members.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational background in pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. A strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies is also essential.
