Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Associate to join our team. As a Client Success Associate, you will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that our platform is providing optimal benefit to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support New Client Implementations and Expansions
  • Provide ongoing customer support post-implementation
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to support and optimize Valer
  • Assist with customization of clients' workflow
  • Provide training to users on Valer platform
  • Develop close relationships with our customer leadership and users
  • Work with the Sales and Executive Teams during sales process
Requirements
  • High EQ with Capacity to Hear Both What's Being Said and What's Not Being Said
  • Healthcare experience (1 year minimum)
  • Strong and diplomatic communicator and relationship manager
  • Passionate professionalism
  • Tech savvy and openness to learning some technical aspects of our business
