Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Salesman to join our team at GPAC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable commercial roofing company that prioritizes employee well-being and offers a stable growth environment.

Compensation Package

The selected candidate can expect a competitive $80,000 - $120,000 per year base salary, along with substantial commission bonuses, full health benefits, 401K, and other perks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
  2. Sell commercial roofing products and services using effective phone and field selling skills.
  3. Maintain strong customer relationships by regular contact and follow-up.
  4. Learn from successful sales representatives to improve sales performance.
  5. Demonstrate solid business acumen and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in roofing sales, preferably in commercial but also considering residential experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques.
  • Ability to handle cold calling and generate leads through in-person interactions.
  • Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, ambition, and teamwork skills.
