Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Salesman to join our team at GPAC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable commercial roofing company that prioritizes employee well-being and offers a stable growth environment.
Compensation PackageThe selected candidate can expect a competitive $80,000 - $120,000 per year base salary, along with substantial commission bonuses, full health benefits, 401K, and other perks.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
- Sell commercial roofing products and services using effective phone and field selling skills.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by regular contact and follow-up.
- Learn from successful sales representatives to improve sales performance.
- Demonstrate solid business acumen and professionalism in all interactions.
- At least 2 years of experience in roofing sales, preferably in commercial but also considering residential experience.
- Familiarity with commercial roofing materials and techniques.
- Ability to handle cold calling and generate leads through in-person interactions.
- Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivation, ambition, and teamwork skills.
