About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests
  • Ensure a safe work place and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and no related work experience is required. However, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to move around the hotel, taking a hands-on approach to work.
