Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional drink experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests according to our recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Stock and replenish supplies, including ice, glassware, and paper products.
  • Anticipate and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
