Position Summary:
The Head of Human Resources Operations will manage comprehensive HR functions across multiple facilities. You will provide both operational and strategic guidance to the human resources teams and executive leadership. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that HR initiatives support organizational objectives and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and coaching to management on HR-related matters.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and ensure adherence to HR policies.
  • Support management in interpreting policies and collective agreements.
  • Educate leaders on compliance with legal documentation for performance management.
  • Act as a mediator for employee relations, promoting effective problem resolution.
  • Analyze organizational challenges and collaborate with HR resources to implement solutions.
  • Drive operational improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and oversee programs that maintain compliance in a regulated healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
A minimum of five years in progressive HR leadership roles is essential.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare HR is advantageous. Professional certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus. Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
