Key Responsibilities- Provides executive-level leadership and oversight for the Quality program at Medical City Lewisville.
- Develops, implements, and reviews organizational performance improvement plans and associated policies and procedures to support successful quality outcomes and ongoing improvement in the delivery of healthcare to patients.
- Facilitates process improvement efforts among PI teams, Medical Staff, and hospital departments.
- Responsible for hospital accreditation program and provides education to key hospital staff related to Federal, State, and regulatory agency requirements.
- Coordinates quality indicator development, data retrieval and analysis, and the screening and referral of cases to Medical Staff Committees for departmental peer review.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- CPHQ certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of managerial experience in quality management or hospital management.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation standards and survey methodology, CMS regulations, and other Federal and State regulations related to healthcare quality management.

Medical City Lewisville is a full-service 190+ bed medical and surgical facility. We offer a broad spectrum of care to the communities of southern Denton County. We have emergency services at our main campus and at Medical City ER Flower Mound. Our patient tower has two floors dedicated to women's services. We have a specialty obstetrics referral center for high-risk OB services. We have a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Medical City Lewisville is a Level III Trauma Center and a Primary Stroke Center.
