The Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Supervisor is tasked with managing all aspects of regulatory affairs, contract oversight, and legal adherence within Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers. Primary Responsibilities:
- Revise, execute, and uphold the Compliance Program of Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers
- Oversee and assess the 340 B program along with associated matters
- Advise executive leadership on potential legal challenges and offer guidance
- Facilitate negotiations and oversee contractual agreements
- Design and enforce HR policies that comply with legal standards
- Articulate the legal stance on policies and procedures to staff
- Guarantee adherence to grant stipulations and HIPAA regulations
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance and auditing within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with legal frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) in law
