We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FOH Service Staff to join our team at Daniel Island Golf Club LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Server: Greet guests promptly and warmly, anticipate business levels, and perform accordingly. Set the example of excellence in standards to other staff at all times.
- Food Runner: Deliver food orders to our members and guests accurately, double-check orders to ensure quality and correctness.
- Host: Welcome guests to the venue, greet customers upon their departure, manage reservations, and escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years serving experience preferred
- Tray service for delivery of food and beverage offerings preferred
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
