Role Summary:

The Senior Project Manager serves as a key advisor to client leadership for designated accounts. This individual is responsible for facilitating communication between Pros2Plan and clients to ensure project objectives are met, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

The PM is expected to provide insightful, relevant, and actionable guidance based on extensive experience in Supply Chain and Systems Implementations, ensuring projects are delivered successfully. This role requires expertise in at least one functional area, such as demand and supply planning, order processing, or fulfillment, along with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement established project policies and procedures, including quality assurance and communication strategies.
  • Oversee the management of Pros2Plan resources, partners, and client resources to achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate project deliverables for quality and alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), promoting compliance and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Maintain an integrated project plan that encompasses communication strategies and timelines.
  • Continuously assess project conditions related to resources, schedules, and deliverables as per established protocols.
  • Analyze actual performance against planned performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions in accordance with project guidelines.
  • Gather, review, and disseminate project status updates concerning resources, schedules, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable quality.
  • Develop a proactive risk management strategy to facilitate informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

[SK] Experience with Blue Yonder planning systems implementation is required.

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems).
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in complex systems implementations, particularly in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting implementations from inception to enterprise production.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and manage delivery scope and client responsibilities in complex environments.
  • Exceptional program and relationship management skills, with experience in leading project delivery steering committee meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of senior domain experts effectively.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies, Project Management fundamentals (e.g., PMI or equivalent), and relevant industry certifications.
  • Willingness to travel as required by client needs.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture partnerships with customer stakeholders, leveraging technical expertise to manage escalations and resolve issues.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with stakeholders, analyzing feedback, and utilizing internal resources to advocate for the customer.
  • Apply advanced project management principles to execution and delivery, contributing to team knowledge sharing and mentoring junior colleagues.
