Pulmonary Care Specialist

Christus Health is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. As an RRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pulmonary care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and develop respiratory care plans under the direction of a physician.
- Institute various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital.
- Conduct emergency response tasks, including airway management and oxygen delivery device management.
- Monitor and analyze patient data, such as blood gas collection and analysis, EKG analysis, and chest film analysis.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A RT or RCP license in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years of experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by NBRC required.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
