Job Title: Pediatric Pulmonary Specialist
Summary: We are seeking a skilled cardiopulmonary care professional to join our team at Rady Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic interventions affecting the respiratory system for both children and adults.
Responsibilities:
- Selects and administers appropriate care, considering age, development level, and patient size.
- Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.
- Identifies own limitations and seeks resources as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or diploma from an NBRC certified Respiratory Therapist Program (for employees hired before 10/1/2013).
- 1 year of experience or equivalent.
- BLS for Health Providers (AHA), Ped Adv Life Support Prov (AHA), and other certifications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of experience.
- Pulmonary Function Lab Specialist: 1+ year Pulmonary Lab experience.
- Bilingual.
- Advanced Credential.
Estimated Salary Range: $54,000 - $73,800 per year, with placement within the range determined based on collective bargaining agreements.
