Massage Envy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resources to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, members, and guests
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
