Nursing Evolutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Caregiver to join our team. As a Pediatric Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our medically fragile infants, babies, and toddlers.

Responsibilities
  • Support our RNs in providing care to our patients, including tracheostomy care, ventilator operation, g-tube care, and progressive mobilization.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Prepare equipment for trache changes and assist with other medical procedures as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA or in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
