We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our Autism Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide intervention to pediatric patients and assist in carrying out the treatment plan.
  • Collaborate with the team to measure, assess, and evaluate patients' progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote understanding and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Washington Certified Behavior Technician License upon hire, or Washington Behavioral Analyst License upon hire.
  • At least 40 hours of RBT training.
  • Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in pediatric rehabilitation.
