Position Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Test Coordinator, Level III to provide pivotal support for our upcoming program. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers who are passionate about driving innovation.

Role Seniority: Senior, Level III

Security Clearance: Secret

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the test manager for PEO Soldier programs, executing various essential duties.
  • Plan, manage, and assess assignments while evaluating outcomes.
  • Analyze relevant documents such as Capability Development Documents and Army Regulations to create and obtain approval for Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) that align with program milestones.
  • Collaborate with ATEC to establish suitable testing protocols for Government Programs, ensuring their testing and assessments are comprehensive and provide necessary data for independent evaluations.
  • Lead or participate in Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), ensuring the adequacy of test plans and procedures.
  • Ensure that military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and accurately represent operational requirements.
  • Attend testing sessions and report on results and issues as directed.
  • Evaluate test data, identify risks, and prepare summaries for leadership briefings and Milestone Decisions.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Product Managers and Product Leads to address integration challenges.
  • Review system evaluation plans and provide constructive feedback to Project Managers.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation for Developmental Testing/Operational Testing (DT/OT) events.
  • Assess test plans, procedures, and reports for thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Utilize program data to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements.
  • Maintain a Master Test Schedule and ensure synchronization with PEO level T&E personnel.
  • Ensure all Government test planning documents are properly archived in designated databases.
