Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Test Coordinator, Level III to primarily provide support for an upcoming program. This role is ideal for strategic thinkers who are passionate about driving innovation.

Role Seniority: Senior, Level III

Security Clearance: Secret

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the test manager for PEO Soldier programs, overseeing various duties.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assignments and progress.
  • Research and analyze relevant documents to develop and gain approval for Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) that align with program milestones.
  • Collaborate with ATEC to establish appropriate testing protocols for Government Programs, ensuring the adequacy of their assessments.
  • Lead or participate in Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), ensuring the effectiveness of associated test plans and procedures.
  • Ensure that military tactics, techniques, and procedures utilized during testing are current and representative.
  • Attend testing sessions and report on results and issues as required.
  • Analyze test data, assess risks, and prepare summaries for leadership briefings and Milestone Decisions.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Product Managers and Product Leads to address integration challenges.
  • Review system evaluation plans and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage scheduling and resources for Developmental Testing/Operational Testing (DT/OT) events.
  • Review and assess test plans, procedures, and reports for quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize program data to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements.
  • Maintain a Master Test Schedule to track all planned testing activities.
  • Ensure all Government test planning documents are properly archived.
