  • Develops and assesses comprehensive test plans that detail the type of testing to be performed, necessary facilities, projected timelines, and estimated project costs.
  • Conducts rigorous performance evaluations and testing of various systems and components.
  • Ensures the availability of adequate resources and equipment, including personnel, to effectively execute testing tasks.
  • Collaborates with engineers and subject matter experts to define testing requirements and coordinate necessary resources.
  • Interprets and analyzes technical data, including instrumentation outputs and deficiency reports, to validate results and identify potential issues or failures, along with their root causes and recommended modifications.
  • Evaluates design proposals from manufacturers to ensure compliance with specified requirements, providing insights on design feasibility, timelines, cost estimates, and other technical considerations.
  • Possesses knowledge of instrumentation systems, data collection methodologies, and applicable standards to facilitate thorough testing and evaluation.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis techniques.
  • Formulates evaluation strategies that incorporate experimental design and modeling techniques.
  • Understands the architecture, protocols, security measures, network management, and underlying physics of the systems involved.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, testing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in tactical network test engineering.
