Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Test Coordinator, Level III to primarily assist in our upcoming program initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who possesses a strong commitment to innovation.
Role Seniority: Senior, Level III
Security Clearance: Secret
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the test manager for PEO Soldier programs, performing various duties as outlined.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate assignments and progress.
- Analyze relevant documents such as Capability Development Documents and Army Regulations to create and obtain approval for Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) supporting program milestones.
- Collaborate with ATEC to establish and refine testing protocols for Government Programs, ensuring adequacy in testing and assessments.
- Oversee or facilitate Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), ensuring the quality of test plans and execution.
- Ensure that military tactics and procedures utilized during testing are up-to-date and representative.
- Participate in testing activities and report results and issues as required.
- Evaluate test data, assess risks, and prepare summaries for leadership briefings and Milestone Decisions.
- Collaborate with Assistant Product Managers and Product Leads to address integration challenges.
- Review system evaluation plans and provide constructive feedback to Project Managers.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation for Developmental Testing/Operational Testing (DT/OT) events.
- Assess test plans, procedures, and reports for thoroughness and accuracy.
- Utilize program data to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements.
- Maintain a Master Test Schedule and ensure synchronization with PEO level T&E personnel.
- Ensure all Government test planning documents are properly archived.
