About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Reward Gateway. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth from new logo sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the entire sales cycle from prospect to close, you will develop sales strategies for your territory to drive revenue growth from new logo sales.
  • Develop a sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue goals, through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner development.
  • Cultivate client relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with key partners at mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, understanding client objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our SaaS Employee Engagement and Wellbeing solutions as crucial business tools.
  • Conduct presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS offerings through engaging product demonstrations, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospective customers.
  • Track sales performance and forecasting, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management, using Salesforce as the CRM tool.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work remotely with up to 20% travel.
