Job Summary

Catholic Health System seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at McAuley Residence SNF Sub Acute. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. You will participate in patient and family teaching, support the activities of clinical personnel on the Sub-Acute or Skilled Nursing Unit, and provide direction to other non-licensed personnel within the department.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Participate in patient and family teaching
* Support the activities of clinical personnel on the Sub-Acute or Skilled Nursing Unit
* Provide direction to other non-licensed personnel within the department

Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, ADN;
* BSN strongly preferred;
* Current New York State Professional Nurse License;
* Required to obtain BLS within first 3 months of employment;
* Meets and is current and competent with all New York State licensure requirements, not limited to Infection Control and mandatory adult/ elder abuse reporting

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
