Job Title: Account Executive - Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Koch Enterprises Family of Companies. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our education sector clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education industry, including K-12 district administrators and technology directors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the education sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relations, marketing, and communications principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with integrated solutions, including A/V technology and software.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish or other languages spoken in the education sector.
