About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Republic Services. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Sell the full suite of Republic Services products and services, including waste management solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze customer data
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
