The Foodservice Operations Director will uphold the highest standards in food preparation, cleanliness, inventory management, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, and merchandising.

Who You Are:

You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary role.

You are quick-thinking and adaptable, ready to assist wherever necessary to maintain service, food safety, and sanitation standards.

You ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in a clean and optimal condition.

You have a solid understanding of proper food rotation principles.

You are capable of efficiently opening and closing the kitchen.

You assist in monitoring refrigeration points to ensure accurate temperature logs are maintained.

You can stand and walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours without a break.

What You Will Bring:

A genuine passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to expand your knowledge.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail, and the capability to delegate responsibilities when necessary.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to stand and walk for up to 4 hours continuously, as you will be actively engaged on the floor alongside your Team.

Physical capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, lift weights up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What You Will Do:

Deliver prompt and courteous service to Guests.

Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation practices.

Exhibit proficient knife skills.

Demonstrate self-motivation in all tasks.

Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Receive deliveries, stock shelves and coolers, and ensure proper product rotation.

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors.

Wash dishes as required.

Prepare, heat, and serve all components of the daily menu.

Manage and deliver catering orders as needed.

Compensation Details: Competitive annual salary range of 18-23.
