Director of Outpatient Physical Therapy Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Outpatient Physical Therapy Services to oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and healthcare requirements, as well as providing leadership and guidance to our clinical staff.
About the RoleThe Director of Outpatient Physical Therapy Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including patient evaluation, treatment, and staff training. You will also be responsible for monitoring clinic performance, staff compliance, and budget, as well as engaging in HR responsibilities such as hiring and training clinical staff.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality patient care.
- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Oversee the evaluation and treatment of patients, ensuring that care is provided in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Clinic Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
- Staff Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that clinical staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all relevant regulations and healthcare requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred.
- Licensure: Professional license/certification required.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
