We're seeking a digital operations experience product owner to drive strategic initiatives to improve end-to-end funnel performance and customer experience across the Value brands, enabling digital sales, activation, and app engagement. You'll need to be data-driven and partner with digital analytics to develop measurement frameworks and define product key performance indicators and track performance and recommend enhancements on an ongoing basis.
This role requires an action-oriented, results-driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a digital roadmap to activation success, tracking web and app performance and metrics, identifying pain points and broken experiences, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address and follow up on fixes.
You'll also need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly articulating product roadmaps and progress, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize channel performance. Utilizing tools and technology expertise to gather insights and recommendations is also essential.
RequirementsWe're looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience, with four or more years of relevant work experience in digital product management, product ownership, CX experience, digital experience, omnichannel experience, ecommerce or online experience, and experience in improving customer experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following: a degree or Master's degree, data analytics and quantitative skills in user event data, experience with product management and agile development, knowledge of design thinking, entrepreneurial experience, strategic thinking experience, digital experience, digital marketing, and digital product management.
