Job Summary

As a Server at Heritage Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including daily specials and wine selections, and make recommendations to members and guests.
  • Order Taking and Execution: Take orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure that food and beverages are delivered to members and guests in a timely manner.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that members and guests have a clean and comfortable dining experience.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that members and guests receive exceptional service.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 18 years or older, with a minimum of two years of comparable wait service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
