This full-time position will oversee the recruitment and outreach of program participants, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and reporting. You will also provide evidence-based parenting services and support in the community via multiple formats.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and engage program participants through various outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to promote the program and its services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and community leaders.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, education, or communications.
  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
