As an Acquisitions Specialist, your role will be crucial in driving our business forward. You will be tasked with discovering, assessing, and executing acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasive abilities, confidence, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person meetings with homeowners to evaluate their situations and negotiate terms to finalize contracts for purchasing residential properties.
  • Maintain an organized follow-up process with previous leads to re-engage homeowners and close deals when not in meetings.
  • Participate actively in weekly training sessions and company meetings.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving personal and company acquisition goals, which may occasionally require weekend work.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and a desire to exceed company targets.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • A team player with a positive and energetic attitude.

Compensation:

Expected Earnings: $150,000+ (including base salary and commission)
