We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Account Sales Executive to join our team at Caregivers on Call. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our home health care services to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician offices.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute in-services, presentations, educational luncheons, and other events to introduce our home health care services to physicians, patients, and referral sources.
- Autonomy and Flexibility: Enjoy the autonomy to set your own schedule and spend most of your time in the field, building relationships and promoting our services.
- Relationship Building: Foster professional relationships with physicians, health facilities, and other customers to enhance our agency's position in the community.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve our financial and market share objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Administrator and Supervisors to maintain strong relationships with referral sources and ensure seamless account maintenance.
- Ongoing Assessment: Continuously assess and evaluate our marketing and sales efforts to ensure we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Discharge Planning: Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning as needed to ensure a smooth transition for our patients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in the defined market area to promote our services and build relationships.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience (home health experience preferred).
- Licensed clinical experience is a plus.
- Established community relationships and referral connections.
- Excellent people and relationship skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starter with genuine empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable about standards of practice for all services offered.
- Valid and current driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites and attend required meetings.
- Strong critical thinking and strategic sales skills.
