Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at the Natick Collection. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering a unique shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with fellow employees to drive business results and engagement with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Offer additional financing options to customers and educate them on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Participate in maintaining store standards, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results and engagement with the brand
