Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Leader to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for guests.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
  • Monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
  • Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
  • Manage crew, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
