Retail Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at KARM Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Management team in processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring accuracy and security.
- Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring compliance with the company mission statement and providing a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist store staff in stocking shelves and clothing racks, providing customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
- Identify areas on the retail floor that need attention, related to pulls, merchandising, recovery, etc.
- Train new employees, ensuring they have the necessary training to be successful in their position.
- Complete Daily Reconciliation Sales Reports, bank deposits, Daily Sales charts, Category Sales chart, and Donations charts, and store all paperwork accurately.
- Lead and equip the team by living out the company's Mission and Core Values.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
- Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
- Computer skills, including general typing and web browsing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
- Ability to lift and bend up to 75% of a standard work day.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting at least 50 pounds.
Compensation: 15-18.5 Hourly Wage
