Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Ensure the psycho-social well-being of children by providing access to resources and services that promote stability and growth.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with clinical contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide case management services, including counseling and support, to help children and families achieve their goals.
  • Assist children in completing their education by identifying and addressing barriers to success.
  • Document all interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or counseling, or a master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in human services, preferably in case management or counseling.
  • Ability to travel regionally and statewide as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
