Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to work in our Health Care Center. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for caring for the older population and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the Clinical Manager and attending physicians
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Current MN Nursing license
  • CPR certification preferred but not required
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Desire to care for the older population and others in need
