Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 120-unit apartment community, Holly Acres Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, increasing occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Manage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to promote a positive and professional image of CRMG.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in supervising and managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software, including Entrata.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
