Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join the Inland Family of Companies, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective services.
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expenses, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner, adhering to property standards and regulations.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations, and prepare detailed reports on property performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of property management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Abilities: Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports, ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
